The Federal University of Education, Pankshin (FUEP) is a federal institution in Nigeria with the mandate to produce higher quality NCE and graduate teachers of international standard and to be a centre of excellence in research in education.

It was established in 1974 as a Federal Advanced Teachers College (FATC) at a temporary site in Mararaba Pushit, some 17 kilometres to Pankshin town. The College moved to its permanent site in Pankshin in 1977. In 1991, the College was upgraded to a College of Education and renamed Federal College of Education, Pankshin.

In 2023, the Federal Government of Nigeria upgraded the institution to a Federal University of Education, Pankshin, to further enhance its capacity to produce quality teachers for the nation's educational system.
